How to make a valid claim under this warranty?
Please return the Shimano product to an authorized Shimano dealer, preferably the dealer it was purchased from, together with the original, dated invoice or receipt.
If, having inspected the Shimano product, Shimano accepts that the Shimano product is defective, Shimano will (in its sole discretion) either repair or replace the Shimano product without charge.

What is Di2 shifting?
Di2 is Shimano’s electronic shifting system. The advantage of Di2 is faster, smoother shifting with minimal effort.
What are the benefits of using a Di2 system?
Compared to conventional mechanical derailleurs/shifters,
-The operation stroke of the shifting switch is light/small.
-Maintenance is improved since no shifting wire is required.
-More reliable gear shifting is realized by the automatic trim function after shifting and noise is reduced.
